Raschel Bags in Rolls

Raschel bags in rolls are one of the most universal packing material suitable for prevailing part of agricultural production, especially vegetables and fruits. Rolls are used exclusively in high speed packing lines equipped with automatic filling, weighing and closing by high speed sewing machine heads.

Part of our assortment are both well known durable Newlong sewing machines as well as complete assortment of high quality AICA sewing threads.

The raschel bags are delivered in two modifications

with standard density the span of the rows is 12mm
with high density, where the span amounts 8 mm only

The most demanded colours of the bags are yellow, orange and red. The yellow colour used on the AICA bags has been chosen after testing with many customers and is called „Golden Yellow“, used especially for packing of potatoes.Modern precize winding of the bags on rolls results in about 30% smaller volume of the rolls with the same quantity of bags in comparison with other suppliers. The smaller volume enables easy manipulation in tight space around packing line, saves storage room, transportation costs and enables easy and smooth unwinding of the roll.

Each roll is carefully packed in PE foil with label showing the most important parametres of the roll and also the AICA brand as a guarantee of certified quality. The PE foil in which the roll is packed is, on both sides of the roll, pushed into the tube and sealed by plastic ringlet. The ringlet not only secures the tight packing of the roll but also supports the inner tube and prevents its damage during transportation and manipulation. Rolls packed this way meet the most strict audit requirements on health protection during storage and transportation of the bags.
